Our Process
Our Preventative Maintenance Agreement includes two visits a year. A qualified technician will perform your inspections, change your filters and flush your drain lines. Any issues will be brought to your attention while we are there.
Reports
After an inspection you will receive a detailed report with pictures that are date and time stamped. This provides you with a visual reference of potential issues.
Preventative Care
The majority of the service calls that we receive could have been easily prevented with regular maintenance. This will potentially save you money by avoiding costly after hours service calls, inconvenient down time, unhappy guests, possible damage to the more expensive components within the equipment or possible damage to the property due to condensation overflow.

If you sign a Preventative Maintenance Agreement Contract with us you will receive a 15% discount on service calls and non warranty repairs. You will also be given priority on our call list.
