Some of the higher efficiency equipment has better dehumidification capability and can be a solution for this. We also offer stand alone dehumidification equipment that can be an effective solution in certain applications.

Anyone who suffers from allergies can benefit from this whole house air purification product that utilizes the duct work on the heating and cooling system in the home. It can mitigate up to 99% of all airborne pathogens, dust particulates, pet dander, harmful gasses, bacteria and viruses including the Coronavirus. It will also protect your duct work and equipment.
Biocleanse Duct Treatment
If biogrowth buildup is confirmed in your duct system we recommend a chemical treatment to the inside of the ductwork paired with an indoor air quality product to keep the growth from returning.
Fresh-Aire UV
In some applications there is no access to install the Air Scrubber in the ductwork, the Fresh-Aire UV is an alternative that can be installed inside the air handler in certain applications.

The importance of a properly sized and accurately designed ductwork distribution system is paramount for HVAC equipment to be able to perform as it is designed to. The equipment must have what it needs to properly perform. A high percentage of recurring issues such as condensation, hot spots in the home, and overall poor performance are caused by poor airflow. This is due to poor distribution system design, improperly sized or damaged ductwork. Unfortunately, this portion of the system often gets overlooked and neglected. Just replacing the equipment will not solve these issues.
Preventative maintenance is the key to getting the most out of your equipment. It will extend the life of the equipment and improve the efficiency of the system. It’s also an opportunity to find small issues and resolve them before they become big problems. The most common being bad capacitors, clogged condensate drain lines, minor electrical issues, and poor air flow due to dirty coils or filters that have not been changed regularly. All of these issues could be identified and resolved during one of our inspections.
